Letter Writing

Hey Ya’ll. This week I’m once again preparing for my Prof’s last visit to my placement on Monday. I’m so sad I’ll be leaving this class soon :(. My students are amazing and I have a really close and unique connection with each one of them. I think Grade 2 will be my grade of choice in my career for sure. So on Monday I am teaching a mini lesson on letter writing. I once again pinned some great ideas on my Pinterest board. I found some great anchor charts (templates) for their letter writing. I’m going to sing a song with them which explains the format of a “Friendly Letter.” It’s to the tune of “Mary Had a Little Lamb,” should be fun stuff.

Until next time! Here's some of the stuff I'll be usin' in my lesson.
