Week 3

This week for my Pinterest board I searched lesson plans for the Apostles' Creed. Tomorrow for my placement my Prof. is coming in to watch me teach a 20 minute lesson. Any ideas on what it might be on!? I'm teaching a religion lesson and going to try my best to help the grade 2 students to understand our beliefs as Christians within 20 minutes... sounds close to impossible, right? Well, my classroom teacher and I decided I would only teach them the first part on the Creed, and Pinterest helped me out a lot with some great ideas. I loved the pre-made lesson plan for starter ideas, a great hook into the lesson will be asking the students what exactly a creed in and who they believe God to be and what he created for us. I absolutely loved the "I Believe" picture cards I found. I am going to print them out and use them for my lesson. Thanks Pinterest :)
